Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You'll receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped.

🚚 Shipping Method & Cost

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom using:

Royal Mail Tracked 48
📦 Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days
💷 Flat rate: £3.60

You’ll receive tracking information via email once your parcel is on its way.

❗ Missed / Lost / Damaged Deliveries

Wrong Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for deliveries sent to incorrect addresses.
Lost/Damaged Items: If your order hasn’t arrived after 7 working days, or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@embracebeautyuk.com with your order number and (if applicable) a photo of the issue.
Missed Delivery: If you miss your delivery and your parcel is returned to us, we’ll get in touch to arrange redelivery (additional postage may apply).
