🔄 Returns & Refunds Policy
We hope you love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
📦 Returns
You have the right to return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Returns must be requested within 14 calendar days of delivery.

You then have another 14 days to return the item to us once your return has been approved.
Items that cannot be returned:
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened or used skincare/beauty products

Items marked as final sale

Gift cards
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the item was returned due to our error (e.g. wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping.
🔁 Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.
🚚 How to Return an Item

Email us at hello@embracebeautyuk.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll respond with return instructions and the return address.

Package the item securely and send it back using a tracked service.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
❗ Damaged / Faulty Items
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
